The Club at Coconut Cay is a unique new way to enjoy your vacation
home. Members experience all of the benefits of vacation home ownership
at a fraction of the cost with none of the aggravation.
We like the idea of getting the milk without
owning the cow. The dream of having a beautiful vacation home at your disposal for pennies on the dollar. You can experience the dream without the nightmares.
Our membership plans provide affordable access with none of the hassles.
How does club
membership work?
The resort will operate much like a golf or country club with
the addition of our Priority Reservation System.
Each member is entitled to a specific number
of guaranteed weeks per year depending on their plan

half Priority Reservations Visits,

half Annual Visits.
The Members' guaranteed reservations are made yearly in August and October,
based on their Membership Plan and the rotating schedule.
Short notice reservations are open to all members. If
there is a unit available you may reserve it. These reservations must be made within 2 weeks of arrival.
Your membership is “in
perpetuity”; so, you OWN it. You can sell it, leave it in your estate, or hold it in your corporation.
